Schematic Car Power Amplifier 2000watts Anybody Have (or Can Design) A Knight Rider 12 LED Schematic?

Anybody have (or can design) a Knight Rider 12 LED Schematic? - schematic car power amplifier 2000watts

A very difficult question / challenge for the chip is available:

I have 12 super bright LEDs and a source of 12 volts. Is there a schematic available online, which can take me to 12 easily as the famous car Knight Rider (KITT) from the '80 's to use LED?

Notes:
--- LEDs 5 Volt maximum light intensity, but is less acceptable, then we can say, 2V to 5V
--- I have access to (IC Random LM555CN/NE555N/74154N), to name a few, many more resistors, capacitors / diodes name (or the purchase is always an option)
--- I have a good knowledge of the circuits, but I understand in the early phases of the situation. Thus, any kind of scheme will be (assuming it is clear)
--- To make it a difficult question, is the preferred indicator: LED light (for example) flows and outside (eg vessels in the series)

Thanks in advance

It's called an LED chaser. Here you go. Everything you need.

LED will run around 2.4 V (typical of a red LED) and approximately 25-30mA which gives a better life. As with other things, it is quite simple. With a microcontroller (CPU) of "spitting" on the bytes of the control structure by the shift register. The Way U can control each individually. What we will do to have a transistor and for controlling the current to the LED brightness. As the containment and outside, it's just programming. So your basic things that you need a 5V voltage regulator. micrcontroller should not be huge. Shift Register. and a few resistors and caps. u dont really change may generate a clock signal from the CPU, and a line lock
